I'm a Waikato born & bred, mother of three. When I'm not coaching or consulting, I enjoy writing, taking photos of Sunsets / Sunrises, helping out on the farm and exploring our beautiful country with my family.
My mantra is: Live, Laugh, Love.
My mission: To support people to connect & collaborate with curiousity & kindness so they can stress less, and be their best.
I believe that everyone has the ability to change & grow.
