Hi, I'm Rae
I'm a Waikato born & bred, mother of three. When I'm not training or coaching, I enjoy writing, taking photos of Sunsets / Sunrises, helping out on the farm and exploring our beautiful country with my family. My mantra is: Live, Laugh, Love.
2021 started off with a decision to put myself first and begin working with clients in a way that aligns with my personal values.
New to business, I experienced three major traumas, in three months! All of a sudden, I was unable to feel. I have never felt so numb... and then I realised, that is actually a feeling! So, I started using The Emotional Culture Deck (ECD) to help me discover and speak about what I was feeling. My daily ritual continued and led me to creating a business that helps me, to help other people.

My mission: To help people build tools to have resilience in the face of challenges so that they live a rewarding life, stress less and be their best.
